Responsible Gaming Policy

Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money. This page explains how to stay in control while playing at LevelUp Casino and where to find free help in Australia if play stops being fun.

Golden rules

Set a budget before you start and treat it as the cost of a night out. Never chase losses — a bigger bet to win back what you lost almost always makes things worse. Take regular breaks, do not play under the influence of alcohol, and keep gambling away from money meant for rent, bills or family.

Tools in the casino

LevelUp Casino provides practical limits in your account settings: daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps, session reminders, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion. We recommend setting a deposit limit the moment you register — it takes a minute and removes impulsive decisions later. Withdrawal caps such as €3,000 per day also help you cash out winnings instead of replaying them.

Warning signs

Watch for spending more time or money than planned, hiding play from family, borrowing to gamble, or feeling irritable when not playing. If any of these sound familiar, it is time to pause and reach out.

Free help in Australia

BeGambleAware and Gambling Therapy offer free, confidential advice and self-assessment tools online. Gambling Help Online provides free counselling for Australian residents around the clock. Talking to these services costs nothing, and every conversation stays private.

Remember: casino games have a built-in house edge, and outcomes are decided by random number generators. Play for fun, cap your losses, and stop while you are ahead.
